In the heart of the brewery atmosphere, where the copper kettles shine behind glass and the aroma of malt blends with freshly prepared dishes, meals are created that honor Czech tradition and modern gastronomy. We offer honest cuisine based on quality ingredients, prepared using contemporary technologies. Every dish is carefully paired with our beer specialties, poured directly from lager tanks. Whether you visit the ground-floor pub with a view of the kettles or the quieter restaurant upstairs, a taste experience awaits you in an environment with a soul.

Restaurant premises

Our restaurant offers a unique environment that combines brewery tradition with the comfort of modern seating. In the ground floor brewery pub with a capacity of 80 people, you can enjoy an authentic atmosphere thanks to the view of copper kettles and beer poured directly from lager tanks. On the first floor, a spacious restaurant for 90 guests is prepared, which can be connected with a conference hall – ideal for weddings, corporate events, or festive dinners. Both spaces are equipped with large-screen projection and offer a pleasant environment for any occasion.

We have been here several times for meals and have always been very satisfied. Excellent service, great food, and good beer. Whenever we visit Pilsen, we always stop here. Anyone who loves, for example, svíčková must definitely try it here.

Very good restaurant. Something like a pub belonging to the adjacent brewery. There are 12 types of beer. IPA is highly recommended! The food came quickly and was excellent. The service is friendly and competent. They speak English and German. There is also a nice beer garden in the courtyard. There are also plenty of activities for children of all ages.

Excellent food, quick and attentive service. It is certainly not the cheapest restaurant in terms of price, but the dishes are simply excellent. Very nice place. We will gladly return. By the way, the beer is also fantastic.
