IX. KOHL

The Ninth Rooster is a project focused on presenting selected beer specials from visiting microbreweries. The goal is to offer guests the opportunity to taste beers that are not part of the regular menu and to introduce them to distinctive beer styles and interesting breweries.
The current beer special is
MUDERLANT 13° from Pivovar Rampušák.
MUDERLANT is a semi-dark special that carries the strength and depth of traditional craftsmanship. It features a balanced combination of light and roasted malts, giving it an amber to copper color and a subtle caramel note. A fuller body provides a pleasant roundness, while medium bitterness lets the malt character shine. Its unfiltered version emphasizes its naturalness and excellent drinkability, inviting another sip.

PURKMISTR light lager

Classic light lager of the Pilsner type brewed using a two-mash method from the best hand-crafted Moravian malts.

PURKMISTR dark lager

Special dark lager brewed from four types of malts with a full, delicately coffee flavor that harmoniously blends

with notes of real Belgian chocolate.

PURKMISTR semi-dark lager

Brewed from three types of malts, where the caramel aroma blends with the herbal hop tones of Saaz hops.

PÍSAŘ wheat beer

Top-fermented beer with medium body and high carbonation is characterized by its distinct fruity component, which originates from the yeast.

PURKMISTR RED ALE

AMERICAN AMBER ALE is a top-fermented beer based on a combination of Red Intense and Vienna malts, which give it a fuller body and a subtle caramel base. The Strata and Galaxy hops bring pronounced fruity notes of passion fruit, strawberries, and peaches, creating a juicy and fresh flavor profile of this modern amber ale.

RASPBERRY KOMTESSA 16°

The blending of our exceptional Belgian beer with a delicate raspberry flavor creates an incredibly harmonious experience, evolving from the first sip to a long, warm aftertaste. Treat yourself to a true celebration for discerning beer connoisseurs.

PURKMISTR PUNK IPA

Strong refreshing beer made with 5 varieties of hops, which provides an explosion of flavors and the aroma of tropical fruit.

PURKMISTR PL/DC

A light lager that captivates us with two Czech hop novelties, Uran and Saturn.

PURKMISTR SOUR

Light, refreshing beer with a pronounced acidity.

PURKMISTR PROVENCE ALE

Belgian style, brewed with aromatic hops and malts, with the addition of Provencal herbs and butterfly pea, characterized by an intense floral character.
