From April 3 to 6 we have prepared a seasonal menu for you that combines fresh spring ingredients, delicate flavors, and honest cuisine.
Be inspired by traditional and creative Easter ingredients and treat yourself to dishes that perfectly complement the green lager from our brewery.

Rabbit croquette, wild garlic purée, quail egg, tobiko

Suckling pig roulade with nettle stuffing, spinach gnocchi, glazed carrot, rich gravy
