🍺 MOSAIC ALE 12°
A light top-fermented beer built on the popular American hop Mosaic, known for its rich aroma. The taste and aroma are dominated by notes of tropical fruit, citrus, mango, and light resin, complemented by a pleasant, clean bitterness. Thanks to the lower gravity, the beer is very drinkable, fresh, and perfectly balanced, typical of the modern American Pale Ale style.
