From June 19 to 21, we are preparing a special menu inspired by traditional Bavarian cuisine – hearty dishes, bold flavors, and the beer that simply belongs with them.
You can look forward to classic specialties served by us, perfect with lager or wheat beer.
Cheese spread “Obazda”, pretzel
Grilled bratwursts with cabbage salad and light potato salad or fries
Roasted pork knuckle in beer, horseradish, mustard, bread
Bavarian schnitzel (cutlet filled with horseradish and mustard) with light potato salad
Bavarian yeast dumpling with whipped cream and vanilla sauce
