Arrival Information to the Area

Upon entering the area, park and go to the reception (+420 377 994 311) to report your arrival. After paying the parking fee, your parking space will be assigned / you will report the parking space number to the reception. The reception (+420 377 994 311) operates on the following days:
Monday – Sunday from 06:00 to 22:00
If you arrive outside the reception's operating hours, please contact us during the next operating hours. In urgent cases /outside operating hours/ call HOTLINE +420 734 760 736During the winter season, only electrical connection is available. The drinking water column, social toilets with sinks are out of operation. Use of the drinking water column, toilets, and chemical toilet disposal point is already included in the parking fee and no additional charges apply.
Use of the electrical connection is not included in the parking fee.
